## New

- **Get notified the moment a customer messages you, even when the tab is closed.** Browser push notifications are rolling out in beta. Turn them on per device from Notification settings, then pick which categories should pop a desktop notification — useful for unread chats, human-handoff alerts, and anything you don't want to miss while the app is in the background. Available on Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and recent Safari.
- **The AI can now Google search.** Your AI assistant can look up general information on the web during conversations, not just on your configured website. Useful for answering questions about external topics, businesses, or anything the visitor brings up that isn't on your own site.
- **Japanese language support.** The app interface is now available in Japanese. Switch from your account language settings.

## Improved

- **See AI follow-ups the moment they're sent from a task.** When you approve an FAQ task with "Send AI follow-up" turned on, the chat with that contact now opens automatically in a preview window so you can watch the message arrive — no more switching to the chat page to check what was sent.
- **Clearer onboarding — pick the conversation direction first.** Onboarding now starts with a single question: does your customer message you first, or do you message them? Use cases that don't fit your answer drop to the bottom of the list and explain why, so you can't accidentally set up an outbound campaign when you meant to answer inbound DMs.
- **Faster, more reliable custom-domain setup for white-label apps.** New white-label domains now provision their SSL certificate on first visit — typically within seconds — instead of waiting for a shared certificate batch. Tenants add a single CNAME record and the rest happens automatically. Existing white-label domains are unaffected.
- **Channel routing changes are now explicit.** When you reactivate an incoming campaign, or save edits to one, the app no longer silently moves channel routing away from another active campaign. If a conflict is detected you'll see a confirmation dialog naming the campaign that currently owns each channel — pick "Take over" to switch routing, or cancel to leave things as they were. Saving an edit with no channel changes never touches routing.
- **WhatsApp variant picked in onboarding is the one you get.** If you connect WhatsApp Web in onboarding, only WhatsApp Web is enabled on the campaign — even if you have a separate WhatsApp Business API number connected from before. Same in reverse for the Business API.
- **Phone home-screen shortcuts now use your custom branding.** When you or your customers add the app to a phone's home screen on iOS or Android, the shortcut name and icon now come from your white-label app name and logo automatically. No extra setup — your existing logo is used as the home-screen icon. To pick up the new branding, remove any existing shortcut and re-add it from the browser.
- **Filter the deal pipeline by date.** Two new filters at the top of the pipeline let you narrow the board to deals created in a specific window, scheduled to close in one, or both. Each filter works independently and clears with a single tap, so you can answer questions like "what's closing this month" or "what came in last week" without leaving the board.
