
# Your Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a snapshot of how your messaging is performing over the last 30 days - how many messages you sent, how many were read, how many people replied, and what it cost you.

## How to Get to the Dashboard

The Dashboard loads automatically when you log in. To return to it from anywhere in the app, click **Dashboard** in the left sidebar.

### Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar is a flat list of navigation items: **Dashboard**, **Chats**, **Contacts**, **Deals**, **Campaigns**, **Appointments**, and **Settings**. Click any item to jump to that page.

At the bottom of the sidebar, you will find two cards:

- **Credits card** - A subtle card with a bolt icon showing your credit balance as a bold number and a thin progress bar indicating how much of your monthly allowance you have used.
- **Trial card** (during your trial period) - A gradient card with a clock icon showing how much time is left on your trial.

## Understanding Your Numbers

The top section shows your key performance numbers for the last 30 days. Each metric is displayed with a bold, large number so you can see your results at a glance.

### Message Stats

| Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| **Messages Sent** | Total messages sent across all your campaigns and channels. |
| **Messages Delivered** | How many messages actually reached the recipient. If this number is much lower than "Messages Sent," some messages failed to deliver (for example, a WhatsApp message sent to someone who does not have WhatsApp). |
| **Messages Read** | How many delivered messages the recipient opened. This only works on channels that show read receipts, like WhatsApp and Instagram. |
| **Replies** | How many contacts wrote back. This is your best measure of engagement. |
| **Bookings** | Appointments booked through the platform during this period. Only visible if you use the booking feature. |

### Contacts and Costs

| Metric | What It Tells You |
|---|---|
| **New Contacts** | How many new contacts you gained - whether you added them manually, imported them, or they messaged you first. |
| **Avg Messages per Chat** | The average number of messages in each conversation. Helps you see how long typical chats run. |
| **Credits Used** | Total credits used for messaging and AI activity. Credits are the units the platform uses to track your usage. |
| **Avg Credits per Contact** | Your total credits used divided by your total number of contacts. This is one of your most useful numbers - it shows how much each contact costs on average and whether your bot is handling conversations efficiently. |

## Filtering by Campaign

In the top-right corner of the Dashboard, you will find a **campaign filter dropdown**. Use it to view stats for one specific campaign instead of all campaigns combined.

This is helpful when you run multiple campaigns and want to compare their results:

- Select a campaign name from the dropdown to see only that campaign's numbers.
- Select **All Campaigns** to go back to the combined view.

## Activity Graph

The graph in the center of the Dashboard shows your **daily messaging activity** over the last 30 days. Use it to spot:

- **Busy days** - Spikes usually line up with campaign launches or promotions.
- **Quiet days** - Dips may mean it is time for a new campaign or outreach effort.
- **Overall trends** - Is your messaging volume growing, steady, or declining?

Hover over any point on the graph to see the exact numbers for that day.

## Page Layout

All pages in the app, including the Dashboard, use a clean left-aligned page header at the top. The page title appears prominently so you always know where you are.

## Quick Actions

From the Dashboard, you can jump straight to common tasks:

- **Create a new campaign** - Start building a new campaign right away.
- **View recent chats** - Open the Chats section to see your latest conversations.
- **Check your credit balance** - See how many credits you have left in the sidebar credits card, or visit Settings to manage your billing.

## Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Dashboard

- **Check it daily** during active campaigns so you catch delivery problems early.
- **Compare "Sent" vs. "Delivered"** - a big gap means something is wrong (bad phone numbers, blocked contacts, or channel issues).
- **Watch your "Avg Credits per Contact"** to keep costs predictable. If this number suddenly jumps, check your bot instructions - the bot may be having conversations that are longer than necessary.
- **Use the campaign filter** to find your best-performing campaigns, then apply what works to new ones.
- **Track "Replies"** as your main success metric. A high reply rate means your messages are connecting with your audience.
